An enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual is required to oversee the management of the Hatfield let property portfolio. This involves ensuring that the marketing of property, dealing with prospective and current tenants and liaising with other departments to coordinate repairs and routine and emergency maintenance is carried out.

The portfolio includes two industrial parks and several single units with the current largest developments being the 40 acre Adanac North site and a 33,000 sq. ft industrial unit, both near Southampton.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Financial Controller to join the existing team. A somewhat broader opportunity than most, this role will be responsible for the creation and operation of each property vehicle. This individual will also visit occupiers and contractors, building relationships with their customers and in time, take on aspects of the property and estate management.
